Eligible customers can exchange their product for an item of equal value or upgrade by paying the difference. Alternatively, ALENCIA Store Credit may be issued, valid for 6 months and non-refundable/non-transferable. Customized, personalized, clearance/sale products, gift cards, and damaged products due to misuse are not eligible.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with the order number, product images, and unboxing video. All returns are subject to quality inspection and approval. Cash refunds are not offered for delivered orders, except where required by applicable law.
