Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours after successful payment confirmation. Delivery across India usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on the location and courier service. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

COD is available on selected serviceable pincodes and may require verification through WhatsApp, SMS, email, or phone call before dispatch. Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, or courier-related issues.

At ALENCIA, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 7-day exchange and store credit policy on eligible 925 Sterling Silver jewellery. Products must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with the original packaging, tags, authenticity card, and accessories.

Eligible customers can exchange their product for an item of equal value or upgrade by paying the difference. Alternatively, ALENCIA Store Credit may be issued, valid for 6 months and non-refundable/non-transferable. Customized, personalized, clearance/sale products, gift cards, and damaged products due to misuse are not eligible.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with the order number, product images, and unboxing video. All returns are subject to quality inspection and approval. Cash refunds are not offered for delivered orders, except where required by applicable law.
